  The house is located in cozy Amsterdam East on the sixth floor. Because of this high location, it offers a lot of light and superior views over almost all sides of the city. The apartment has a playful layout and it is easy to create a third bedroom. The terrace is spacious (16m2) and offers a beautiful view over the city. Because the apartment is on the highest floor, there is a possibility to build an extra floor of no less than 60m2. The plans and architectural drawings are already quite evolved (permit not yet applied for) and the two next door neighbours are also interested in this option.
