The stylish apartment has a large, sunny living and dining room with attractive elements like a front fireplace and arch. The house feels open and comfortable because of its practical layout and large windows at the front.

  You enter the spacious hall with a skylight, this enhances the spacious feeling and provides a warm welcome. The hall has a closet with central heating system and washing machine connection, and a second spacious closet for storage. From the hallway you reach all areas of the house: the living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom and the two bedrooms.
